Kaizen Gaming
Owned frontend execution for a multi-month product initiative shipped across more than 20 markets.
Dimitris Theodoropoulos
I build products, talk to users, and take early-stage ideas from zero to real usage.
At QasperAI, we’re building the business registry and transaction layer for AI agents, starting with service businesses.
01 / The company
AI agents cannot reliably discover, understand, and transact with most service businesses because their information is fragmented, incomplete, or not structured for machines.
QasperAI gives each business an owner-controlled profile for services, pricing, availability, policies, and booking options. That information can power discovery and customer interactions across AI platforms, business websites, and Qasper itself.
I co-founded QasperAI and work across product, engineering, customer discovery, onboarding, partnerships, and go-to-market.

02 / Track record
Before QasperAI, I spent more than five years building production software across gaming, market research, healthcare, and cybersecurity.
Owned frontend execution for a multi-month product initiative shipped across more than 20 markets.
Led a company-wide migration from Yarn to pnpm, reducing CI build time by 40%, while building complex audience-planning products across multiple advertising platforms.
Built healthcare and cybersecurity interfaces at Logicea and backend services for a National Bank of Greece product at Quintessential SFT.
03 / Product evidence
Before QasperAI, I took on freelance and independent product work alongside university and a full-time engineering role. These are three projects from that period.

Mobile health
01A privacy-first mobile health product with encrypted data flows, realtime communication, and secure server-side infrastructure.
I helped take the mobile product from architecture through production delivery as its founding engineer.

Employment platform
02A tourism employment platform designed for simple job discovery across different ages and backgrounds.
I owned the product roadmap, database architecture, application experience, and deployment.

Independent perspective
A few notes on ownership, product judgment, and how I work with a team.
I had the opportunity to work with Dimitris at Kaizen Gaming, where I served as the Product Owner for his team. Dimitris is a thoughtful and dedicated Front End Engineer who consistently contributed beyond his defined tasks. What I appreciated most about working with him was his focus on the bigger picture. He always took the time to understand the business perspective behind our work, which allowed him to make smart technical choices that delivered real value to the customer. He has a very pragmatic, results-oriented approach and approaches every task with a focus on finding a solution and delivering it well. Dimitris is a reliable team member who understands the importance of every feature in a product roadmap. He brings a positive and constructive attitude to his work, which makes him a great person to have on any team. I would gladly welcome the chance to work with him again.
I really appreciated working with Dimitris on our project. He consistently provided solutions, was very supportive throughout the process, and made sure everything ran perfectly. A true professional and a pleasure to collaborate with.
Working with Dimitris felt like having an in-house teammate. Proactive, responsive, and laser-focused on getting things right—not just done. He consistently delivered high-quality work and was always willing to go the extra mile to ensure the success of the project.
I had an idea for a student environmental group, but most developers quoted over €5,000, far beyond my budget. Then I found Dimitris. He took on the entire project, built the app from scratch in just one month, and exceeded every expectation. He kept supporting me with updates throughout the year—reliable, efficient, and truly committed. Highly recommended and, most importantly, a good person.
04 / Background
I started coding at 12 and took my first full-time software-engineering role at 18 while completing a five-year engineering degree.
Today, I’m focused on building QasperAI and learning how to turn early technology into a product people repeatedly use.
